The MMJM Rotary Sieve Cleaner with three tracks at the same time. The right to left swaying near the inlet makes the raw material can be divided evenly. The to and from moving of the body and rotary moving of the outlet make the classification can be perfect.
Technology Features The machine will Separates rice into different levels according to its size of granules. And it produce three revolving tracks: 1), The front part (material feeding entrance) make ellipse track movement; 2) ,The middle part move in circularity; 3), The tail part (outlet) makes linear reciprocation movement; The machine also have good sieve configuration, have good rice feeding bran suction device and white rice cooling.
The equipment is mainly apply to produce high precision rice and various grades. the rice whitener work with multi-machine lightly grinding process,the processed top grade rice show to be luminous and contain less bran ,the combination from including flat land installment and the tower installment .there are various kinds of output, to say daily production as 18tpd,20tpd~100tpd and etc.
