After starting up, when the amount of millet entering the polishing chamber reaches the set standard lower limit, the water pump will automatically start water supply (can be heated automatically);When the amount of millet entering the polishing chamber does not reach the lower limit of the set standard or exceeds the upper limit of the set standard, the water pump will automatically stop the water supply.According to the set flow rate in the pump and high pressure air combined action, a highly atomized uniform, stable spray into the polishing chamber, so that millet wet.Wet millet in the polishing room through the rice and rice, rice and roller and between the rice and sieve plate extrusion, friction, surface surface of the rice powder can be gelatinized, so as to form a smooth and clean surface millet.Through the air flow produced by high pressure fan, millet polishing machine process produced chaff powder, rotary rice, water discharge machine.
